Capability
For Amouage, delivered through Salikon, we ran a four-day team building programme for 180 to 200 employees in batches, with interactive activities focused on collaboration, communication and teamwork. Running a programme at that scale is a different operation from a weekend group, and it is the capability most providers cannot offer.
